MiRecruit is a mobile application designed for Manulife agents to recruit potential agents anytime, anywhere. Agents can monitor the recruitment process and track their own recruitment performance.

The app offers various features including the ability to log in and out using Manulife email accounts and passwords. Users can add potential agents, view interview schedules, details of potential agents, search and filter agent data, schedule interviews, review candidate answers, and analyze interview responses.

Additionally, there is a feature for agent approval where users can search for candidate names, review candidate details for approval or rejection, and manage candidate approvals. The app also allows users to view their own profile information and create and store digital signatures (e-signatures).
