MindState Binaural Beats is a no-nonsense app designed to help users concentrate or relax by creating customized binaural beat or Isochronic tones sessions. The app operates on the theory that by exposing each ear to slightly different frequency sine waves, a beating effect is induced in the brain, leading to brainwave synchronization. MindState offers the ability to tune brain frequencies to desired states such as deep sleep, dreaming, focus, and more.
