Mimeo Photos is an extension for Apple Photos that allows the creation of photobooks, cards, and a number of other print medium items. Created by the partner Apple originally worked with for their own photobook service.

Seamless Integration

Originally an app, the Mimeo Photos extension allows you to use all of the features from within the Apple Photos app itself. You can create photobooks, greetings cards, and calendars. The tools on offer allow you to crop, rotate, zoom, and move the images you choose to add to your creation, which is done through a simple drag and drop method. You can change the colour of the page itself, add text with your font of choice, and choose from a wide range of preset layouts. Or simply create your own.

A Great Photo Utility

If you need to make photobooks, cards, or calendars, Mimeo Photos is a great app to do it in. Sure, the image editing capabilities are pretty basic, and there's no way to manually save your work (autosave only), but these are minor concerns when compared to what you get. And all for free.
