The Safety Tag App is designed to assist in locating elderly or young individuals. When passing by someone with a dedicated tag, the app provides your smartphone's location information (sent anonymously). By simply having this app installed, you can contribute to the safety of your community.

For volunteers, installing the app requires no special actions. Contributions to the community (number of location information shared) and the presence of other volunteers are updated daily.

For guardians, provide a dedicated tag to the individual you want to monitor. Each time the monitored person and a volunteer cross paths, location information is shared and stored for up to 7 days. In case of a search operation, you can view the location history from the app, aiding in search efforts. Additionally, besides reviewing location history, you can use it to check if the individual being searched for is near you during search operations, preventing oversight in crowded areas. Note: Accessing location history requires specific passwords designated for each dedicated tag.
