This is the online version of the slimming program that Sonja Bakker offers in her restaurants. It is an easy-to-use, flexible and healthy weight loss program, which will help you lose weight quickly and without the hunger feeling.

You can choose between three programs:

• Weigh loss: Weigh loss is the easiest and most flexible program. This is the ideal program for those who want to lose weight quickly and don't have a lot of time.
• Weight gain: If you want to try the weight gain program, you have to think about the difficulty of the recipes and the amount of time that you have to spend in the kitchen.

The app contains all the necessary information and tips. You will receive the recipes and the corresponding shopping list. The app is available for Android and iOS.

You can log in to your account and access the recipes and the shopping list anytime.
