To start your medical visit, simply log in using BankID and pay the patient fee of 200 SEK. If you have a free card, the visit is completely free of charge.

The medical visit begins with a questionnaire that takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. You can pause and come back later, but it is recommended to have enough time when you start.

Once you submit your questionnaire, it will be sent to one of our specialist doctors who will analyze your responses. The specialist doctor will then provide feedback, possibly with a few additional questions. Our goal is to provide feedback within 2-3 working days. Communication is primarily through chat, but video or phone calls may be necessary at times.

After receiving feedback, the doctor will confirm your diagnosis and initiate any necessary treatment.
