mFloos is a single application that can be used by both individuals and agents. The customer can use it to send money to any mFloos wallet account as well as the Alkuraimi Bank account. The customer can send money by either logging into the mFloos application, selecting the "Send Money" option from the main menu, or by selecting the "Money Transfer" option from the agents' list. The customer can select the amount of money to be sent, the payment type, and the payment options. After entering the details, the customer will be asked for the receiver's phone number. After receiving the confirmation, the customer will be notified that the payment has been successfully completed.
