Metropol FM Almanya is a free Android app developed by Metropol FM, the first German-Turkish language radio station established in Germany. The app offers a 24-hour full program in Berlin, Rhein-Neckar-Raum, Stuttgart, and since January 2006, in the Mainz area. The app is free to download and use during the introductory period. However, starting from 2015, the app will cost €0.79 per year.

The app offers a complete program, including music, entertainment, and a large service section that covers traffic, weather, listener information, and local, national, and international news. The app also features a professional, bilingual, and multicultural team of 25 experienced German-Turkish journalists with an average age of 27 years. Metropol FM Almanya is the most listened-to radio station among the German-Turkish population, with a total listener potential of 400,000 in all broadcast areas. It is the only medium that can reach all German-Turks at any time, and it has a high acceptance rate among theage group, with a 91.5% recognition rate in Berlin.
