With MetroParking, users can enjoy several benefits. Firstly, they will receive notifications when their parking session is about to expire, ensuring that they never overstay and incur unnecessary fines. Additionally, users can easily extend their parking session through the app, with options for 24, 48, and 72-hour sessions available. At the end of each session, users will also receive email receipts for their records.

Managing parking history is made simple with MetroParking's intuitive interface. Users can easily access and review their parking history, making it convenient for expense tracking or reimbursement purposes.

To start using MetroParking, users need to download the free app, enter their TAP Card and License Plate information, and input their payment details. Currently, MetroParking is available at select Park & Ride Lots at North Hollywood North, South, West, Candler, and Universal City North, with plans for expansion to more lots in the future.
