Metro UI Launcher 8.1 is a homescreen replacement app for Android devices that offers a unique and personalized design inspired by Windows 8 Modern UI. With this launcher, users can manage their homescreen in the beautiful Metro design and customize it with their favorite apps, contacts, and widgets. The tiles can be rearranged with simple drag and drop gestures, and the sidebar is designed in Charmbar-style for easy access to main functions such as internet, store, contacts, and recent opened apps.

The launcher is optimized for both tablets and smartphones and allows users to customize their backgrounds with live wallpapers and change displayed account name and image. However, the free version of the app has some limitations. Widgets are not part of the free version, and personal adjustments will be restored after 15 minutes. To avoid these limitations, users can buy the Pro version available in the store. Overall, Metro UI Launcher 8.1 is a great option for users who want to give their Android device a unique and personalized touch with the Metro design.
