Merciful Virgin Save File is an application that allows you to make a backup of your Kingdom Come: Deliverance so you can restore it if you lose all your worlds or want to start a new one.

It works as follows:

First of all, download the application and install the required files. Then, open the application and click the "Restore" button. Choose the file and click the "Start" button. The world will be restored.

After that, click the button "View Mods" and install the required mods. Install the ones you want to use, and if you don't want to use any of them, just click the button "Uninstall" and you're done.

The installation process is pretty easy, but if you don't know how to use the installation tool, please read the instructions in the application.
