Memory Magic is a tool that monitors your computer’s memory usage and carries out optimizations to free or relocate memory. It offers history graphs that help visualize both the virtual and physical memory usage patterns. The tool is similar to your computer’s built-in purge that does away with some unused memory. However, Memory Magic also considers quite a few other factors, such as running applications, applications recently terminated, swap usage and memory distribution. Significant effort has been put in to ensure the program works non-intrusively. It uses minimal CPU and memory cycles and won’t attempt optimizations during high CPU loads.
