Memogen is an Android application developed by WolkNetz Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd, available for free in the Utilities & Tools category. With Memogen, users can easily create memes using the built-in designer tool. By clicking the "Open" button in the menu, users are directed to a screen where they can select a background image, input top and bottom text for the meme, and even add stickers on top of the meme.

After customizing the meme to their liking, users can name the meme and choose the album where it will be saved. By clicking the "Save in gallery" button, the meme is then saved and accessible in the gallery for easy sharing and viewing.
