The add-on displays a timeline that shows how many weeks of your life you have already consumed and how many are left. Memento Mori New Tab offers various settings for customization, including the ability to choose background images, add/edit quotes and key events, show/hide the title and quotes, and customize text color.

While the current version only supports displaying images using a URL, future iterations plan to allow users to search for Unsplash images directly from the extension and even upload their own images.
