Konstanz is a city in southwestern Germany with approximately 30,000 inhabitants.

The city is divided into five districts, four of which are situated in the west and the remaining one on the eastern side of the Saale River.

The districts of Konstanz are divided into several smaller neighborhoods, including the central city, which is known for its historical buildings and monuments, the Spinnerei, the Westend, the Ostend, the Westdorf, the Ostberg, the Zeitz (with the most famous building the Ostfriedhof), the Finthen, the Sächsische Schweiz, the Sächsische Lande, the Friedrichhof, the Spinnerei-West, and the Bülow.

The district of Spinnerei-West is home to the largest park in the city, Spinnerei-Park, as well as the outdoor swimming pool Spinnerei-Tanz, the outdoor courts Spinnerei-Tennis, and the children's playground Spinnerei-Kindergarten.
