The MTIME Platform is a secure, online, web-based platform that serves as an electronic gateway through which registered Service Providers interact with the Government of Meghalaya (GOM) for booking, facilitating bookings and making payments. It also supports online interaction with other parties to book accommodations and secure payments through credit and debit cards, net banking, e-wallets, cash on delivery. The MTIME Platform facilitates communication between registered Service Providers, GOM, and registered Tourists, allowing them to check availability of accommodations, confirm booking requests and ensure timely payments.

GOM manages, monitors and communicates the status of all the resources in the system. It also provides a mechanism to access and maintain the data stored in the system by registered Service Providers and Tourists. The MTIME Platform is designed to provide a secure and convenient way for tourists and Service Providers to access information related to tourism in the State, book accommodation and secure payments. It is also used to track and maintain registration of all parties in the system.
