The app generates a professional and comprehensive report that expresses the area of each land in different units like hectares, acres, square meters, square yards, and more. The GPS measuring feature allows users to walk or trek any land and mark the exact location of the vertices or corners of the land to be measured. The app also calculates the perimeter and distances of the vertices of the measured land, expressed in meters, feet, miles, and more.

The app generates free reports for lands less than 7,000 square meters, which is equivalent to an area of less than one land block. For larger lands and estates, users can purchase a license securely and reliably within the app. The app also features a complete converter of area and distance measurements, with the most commonly used measurements in Latin America like land blocks, hectares, and more.
