medi.ci Welkin Helper 1.0 is a Chrome extension designed to improve the user interface and user experience for the medi.ci Care Team. This extension replaces phone numbers with labels to create a more friendly user experience for employees who only have access to welkincloud, the platform used by the Care Team. For example, instead of displaying the phone number "+," the extension will replace it with a label that is familiar to the employees, such as "+1 Medici Gets Medici." The extension also includes a static list of 5 phone numbers that will be replaced with corresponding labels. Additionally, when a new message is received, the extension will emit a "ding" sound to notify the Care Team.
