To use the app, you must be running iOS 12.0 or above and have a valid Australian residential address. To earn Live Better points and redeem rewards, you must be an eligible Medibank member with hospital cover, extras cover, or hospital and extras cover, and be up-to-date with premium payments. You must have signed up to Medibank Live Better with 'My Medibank' or linked your My Medibank account with your Live Better account.
