Medcom Mobile is a free iPhone app developed by MEDICAL COST CONTAINMENT SERVICES INC. It provides users with easy access to their Medcom benefits anytime and anywhere. With the same username and password used on Medcom's online portal, users can download the app, log in, and start using it right away.

The app allows users to view all of their benefit account(s) recent transactions, balances, election information, claims filing deadlines, and more. Users can also check transactions that require receipt documentation, which may need to be submitted.

In addition to these features, Medcom Mobile offers the option to receive alerts via text messaging, email, or both. These alerts can include information about when the debit card has been mailed, when the password to the portal/mobile app has been reset, card transaction denials, and more.

Medcom prioritizes the security of its users' information. The app utilizes pictures and passphrases, along with device identification and challenge questions, to protect personal information. None of the users' personal information is stored on their mobile device.
