In Mech Merc Company, you begin with limited resources, trying to build your own mech mercenary company in a harsh, war-torn world. You're free to take contracts, select missions, and gradually shape your company through choices that impact both combat and finances. The narrative is light but provides just enough backdrop to support the tactical focus. 

Each mission plays out in real-time, FPS-style combat where you or your AI pilots control one of up to 12 deployable mechs. You can salvage equipment, buy and sell gear, and carefully manage funds to stay operational. While the game offers a strong simulation core and flexible mech customization, it may be marred by very little content and persistent bugs, with no recent updates or fixes.
