The MDWFP WMA Mobile Application, developed by the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services, is a handy tool for users visiting Wildlife Management Areas (WMA). This free iPhone app provides a more efficient and easy process for checking in and out of WMAs. It is recommended to download the app and create an account beforehand, as weak cellular signals can be experienced at various WMAs.

With this app, users can create and store multiple accounts, including their own, as well as accounts for friends, family members, and others. The app allows users to conveniently select their WMA location and activities directly from their device. Additionally, users can record their harvest activity and complete their visit using the app.

One standout feature of the MDWFP WMA Mobile Application is its store forward capability, which enables users to check-in and check-out even without cellular coverage. This ensures that users can still utilize the app's functionality even in areas with limited or no network connectivity.
