mConnect is a free Android application developed by Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd. It is designed exclusively for Tata AIG agency partners. The app offers a seamless experience to access business figures, information about products, chatbot (TARA), proposal, and much more. With the app, users can access a performance dashboard, feeds about Tata AIG and the general insurance industry, and TARA, a chatbot that provides online support for policy/renewal documents, renewal status/payment, vehicle inspection, and other services. The app also includes an Engage tool to wish customers on their birthday or congratulate them on their achievements. The Locators feature enables users to view and share network garages, network hospitals, branches, and embassy information.
