MBR Surabaya is a data processing application for the Surabaya Low-Income Community (MBR).

The purpose of the application is to assist the people in the community to obtain the data they need to make an informed decision on various matters. For instance, to get information on the amount of their monthly income, the type of their employment, the names of their children, and the status of their health.

In addition, it can be used to request a Poor Certificate (SKM) or Health Assistance Certificate (SKBK) from the Surabaya City Community in need.

It is also used by the people of the city of Surabaya for the purpose of obtaining data for the proposal of a Low Income Community (MBR) from the city government.
