You can set goals and track progress for your child. We have several goals, such as getting a good night’s sleep, doing more homework, or learning to share. Every time your child accomplishes one of the goals, he or she gets a reward. The more often a child gets a reward, the more he or she will be motivated to accomplish the goals.

You can also reward positive behavior, such as being patient, helping clean the house, doing exercise daily, having a glass of water in the morning, doing homework regularly, or getting good grades in school.

Our progress tower is based on the principle of delayed gratification. We believe that it is important to give children the opportunity to enjoy the rewards of working hard.

You can set a small reward for a 7-day streak and a bigger reward for a 21-day streak. It can be anything you like.
