MailFX is a notifier which replaces (or complete) the sound warning of Mail OSX by a graphic animation (Quartz composition). The installation and the use are very simple. By default MailFX announces all the messages. To personalize the notifications, use the MailFX rule in the preferences panel "Rules". You can act on the rule in two manners:
Its position :
If the MailFX rule is located in first position ALL the messages are announced. If you have rules which redirect certain messages (ex: Personal AntiSpam redirect Junk mails towards a folder "Spam"), move the rule of MailFX below, the messages concerned will not be announced.
Its content :
Modify the rule to filter the notifications.
