Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra (also known as the Repeatedly Muttering or Washing Hands, Fingers, and Feet technique) is a Hindu religious rite of cleansing and purification, traditionally performed before entering a new home, workplace, or any other public place. It consists of repeating a specific set of mantras. There are many benefits of performing this ritual, such as removing any negative energy from the place, ensuring good health, and getting rid of any unwanted or bad spirits.
