Maha Career Mitra is an Android application that is a joint initiative of the Government of Maharashtra and Shyamchi Aai Foundation (SAF) for the project Kal Chachani. The app is designed to help grade 10 students of State Board to make informed career choices. With this app, students can download their Kal Ahawal (Report) on the portal, watch videos, articles and messages from experts in their field of interest to understand the field in detail, and search for government-approved colleges and courses among more thaneducation institutes and approximatelyeducation courses as per their interest and district.

The app also allows schools to conduct interest and aptitude tests forHowever, only school authorized teachers can log in to the app to conduct the test. Students are not allowed to log in in the absence of authorized teachers. The MahaCareer Mitra app and helplineare aimed at helping students from remote areas to know about all the information related to their field of interest and the opportunities available.
