What is Madal Bajau?

Madal Bajau is a free, fully immersive audio app with five unique sounds: dhing, tang tak, kha, and dhan. You can use headphones to get the full audio experience.

You can play Nepali music by striking your fingers on the pads of the madal. This is the most authentic and natural way to play them.

The app comes with basic lesson sections for three different taals: Khyali, Jhyaure and Dadra. You can learn all the sounds and play them on a variety of scales.
