Lupin is a browser add-on called a "large language model-utilizing tool" that allows users to ask questions about the reading material on their current web page directly to the tool itself. Whether you're browsing an Amazon page for a bracelet, watching a YouTube video about your favorite content creator, or reading an article, Lupin enables you to ask questions and get answers without leaving the page.

One of the key features of Lupin is that it allows up to 80 chats per tab before erasing the history to optimize storage. However, it only stores the chat histories of the five most recent interactions. This means that when a sixth chat is initiated, the oldest chat history is cleared.

Additionally, Lupin offers the option for users to manually clear the chat history themselves if desired. To assist with efficient usage, there is an information button located at the top right of the tool.

Another useful functionality of Lupin is the download button, which allows users to save the chat history of the respective tab as a PDF file.

Currently in its Open Beta phase, Lupin is completely free until a designated cumulative usage is fulfilled, after which it will be officially launched. Users are encouraged to provide improvement ideas or report bugs to the developer at atilla[dot]colak[at]outlook[dot]com.
