論八字 (Calc8Words) is a fortune-telling software that calculates eight characters based on the input of the Western calendar time. It provides information about the lord, big luck, small luck, dying, fetal interest, fetal element, life palace, and five elements. The software also includes the thin-plate function, which consists of four pillars, the current Universiade, the current year, and the next year, as well as twenty-eight accommodation information.

The free version of the software includes advertisements and randomly blocks some features. However, all the features are basically the same as the utility charge version.
