This mod, specifically created for 7 Days to Die, features a rabbit's foot item as well as a "Lucky Rabbit's Foot mod slot" - which should go straight to your armory or chest. You're going to have the chance to craft these yourself by completing certain tasks - such as butchering rabbits for their feet, and then turning these into good luck charms.

Other features:

There's a 3% rabbit foot drop rate. There's a +10 loot bonus, an additional 3% zombie loot bag drop, and a -1 dig radius.

The recipe - or quest chain - for the Lucky Rabbit's Foot should unlock after Fortitude - specifically: level 3 of The Huntsman.
