Lucidly is a unique application that tracks your health readings while you sleep using your Apple Watch. It employs artificial intelligence to identify when you enter the rapid eye movement (REM) phase of your sleep cycle. Once REM is detected, the app alerts you through haptic and audible signals, aiding in lucid dreaming induction techniques. Lucidly offers two modes, Inference for REM detection and alerts, and Hypnagogic for sleep entry haptics. It integrates seamlessly with Apple's health kit, ensuring accurate readings and analysis. Lucidly does not collect personally identifying information and offers a free 7-day trial for all subscription plans.

Lucidly's key features include real-time REM prediction, AI-driven REM stage determination, customizable settings for prediction thresholds and alerts, detailed session analytics, and the ability to test different settings against REM detection models. It requires an Apple Watch for functionality and is recommended for users familiar with lucid dreaming techniques.
