The Public Institution For Social Security (PIFSS) in the State of Kuwait has been tasked with the responsibility of providing citizens with electronic services to improve their well-being, in line with the vision and mission of the organization.

In a study on the Internet, it was discovered that many people are not satisfied with the available services and the lack of coordination with the institutions. On the other hand, they are looking for a better way of reaching the facilities that they can access.

It was decided to utilize new technology to achieve this, which will make the experience of the users much better and will offer better services for all.
