The app allows phlebotomists to view existing bookings received via call center or digital properties, modify bookings by adding or deleting tests, and demographic details based on patient requirements. Additionally, phlebotomists can create and submit new bookings through the app. To access the app, phlebotomists need to download it and sign in using the credentials provided by their franchisee or company manager. It is important to note that the app typically uses 200 MB of data per month.
