At Lou Malnatis Pizzeria, we use a traditional deep dish pizza recipe that has been refined through the generations. Our focus is on the flavor, so we use only the highest quality ingredients. We also make our pizzeria a little bit different than the others. We use a traditional wood-fired oven and only use fresh, local ingredients.
