Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch is a role-playing strategy game developed by Ocean Drive Studio, Inc. and published in collaboration with Kakao Games for multiple platforms. Building on the established world of Lost Eidolons, this new installment in the growing series shifts focus to survival on a mysterious island. 

With its carefully detailed environments and characters, Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch delivers an immersive, action-packed experience played in the top-down perspective. It utilizes diverse gameplay mechanics, including turn-based combat, grid-based movement, and tactical decision-making, challenging players to adapt and strategize with each encounter. 

Champion the witch 

The narrative of Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch follows a witch, a traveler whose ship was wrecked on an island that turns out to be a realm between life and death, overrun by the undead. Become the witch’s scion and send hordes of undead straight to hell to be given the chance of obtaining a certain power others can only dream of having, the power to live once more. 

Assemble the most formidable allies, from nine playable characters, who can crush enemies, including Imperial cultists and flesh-eating Fallen, through grid-based combat. While these distinct allies can release more than 200 unique skills, ensure that you also utilize the wide variety of resources available, such as environmental dangers, elemental effects, weapon strengths, skill combinations, persistent enhancements, and many more. 

It is a choice-oriented gameplay, allowing you to determine your own path through meaningful decisions. The road is perilous, often trapping you in an endless cycle of death. Yet, each fall grants fragments of your fading memories, allowing you to reconstruct the story of your lost life. However, combat becomes repetitive quickly due to the limited number of enemies, and the meta-progression feels grindy.
