The Loom app comes with three types of capture options, namely Screen & Cam, Screen Only, and Cam Only. The first two options share the currently open full desktop or tab where users can turn on or off the microphone audio. There are also advanced options that allow you to adjust the camera and microphone source. During the recording session, a tab displays the movable camera bubble with options to cancel, pause, or finish the recording. All recordings are processed and saved to the Live Recording Page where users can check the recorded footage. You can also rename, trim, or encrypt any live video. To share the video online, you only need to copy the link and paste it on your chosen platform. 

The Loom app allows integration with productivity platforms like Typeform, Dropbox, Shopify, Google, Slack, Jira, Zendesk, and more. However, users must note that the extension can only store up to 100 videos.

This version of the Loom app records HD video clips up to 4K at the same time comes with an unlimited number of recordings. Users can also open exclusive recording tools like Drawing Tools, Mouse Click Emphasis, and Custom Recording Dimensions. There are also extra editing suites such as Call-To-Action replies, Custom Thumbnails, and Custom Access.
