المعلم, developed by Hussein Hiyassat and offered by the Hadiyah Al-Hajj Wa Al-Mu'tamer Charitable Society, is an innovative application designed to teach the recitation of the Holy Quran. It is the first and only app in the world that utilizes artificial intelligence technology to recognize the reader's voice. With support for 52 languages, the app also facilitates the memorization process and offers a unique voice search feature, making it accessible to individuals with disabilities. The app is being developed by Iqraa Technology.

The المعلم app has received international recognition, including the Prince of Kuwait Award for Quran Memorization and the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) Award for Educational Applications. With a user base of 50 million, the app is available for free download.
