Live Caption Analytics is a captioning extension for Google Meet and Zoom that provides access to live captions, saved captions, and caption servers for analysis and to store captured data in a separate spreadsheet for data visualization. This feature requires a Google account to perform analytics in the form of speech recognition which then generates an audio signal for Google Meet and Zoom. This extension adds a button that will send live captions for a specified meeting to a particular destination address.

You can choose to caption only the English language through browser speech recognition using Web Speech API. The latest version adds an option to opt into captioning the English language through the browser and its speech recognition engine using Web Speech API and indicates security risks through the options dialog and its associated explanation available on the extension website.

It supports various types of meeting participants including ones that are in video mode and those with an audio-only setup.
