LIT Prompts, developed by david.colarusso, is a Chrome extension designed to assist students in exploring the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. This project, brought to you by Suffolk University Law School's Legal Innovation & Technology (LIT) Lab, allows users to create and save prompt templates that can be used with any OpenAI-compatible API.

With LIT Prompts, users can leverage data from their active browser window, such as selected text or the entire text of a webpage, as well as input text provided by the user. These templates can also interact with each other, enabling the creation of complex interactions. For instance, users can summarize a webpage, ask questions about its main conclusions, or inquire about specific statements made by individuals.
