Download LinkFrame and you'll see a button on your browser that lets you run the extension. Clicking the button starts the handshaking process and you'll see a list of Handshake nodes where you can download the extension. After downloading the extension, restart your browser, and open a page where the domain you want to surf should be. If it's not visible there'll be an icon of the extension with a question mark. Click it and you're done.

To configure the link frame in a browser:

Start the configuration in the Chrome browser

Download LinkFrame from Google Web Store

Open settings page

On the setting page, click Add extension

Select LinkFrame and click the settings tab

In the settings, you can find out the IP address for the handshaking node and the domains you want to resolve with Handshake.
