How does it work?

The first thing you need to do is download the app. You need to select a line and get a ticket. This is the virtual ticket that you will receive on your phone.

When you get to the line, show the ticket to the person at the window and get a confirmation code.

You can now go to the line, without queuing. Just tap the button and you're done! You don't need to do anything else.
