The OCR module recognizes characters in scanned pages or images and renders them selectable and editable. It features multilingual support and selectable accuracy modes. OCR output can be directed into text layers or formatted pages. However, OCR accuracy varies based on source scan quality.

AI tools include document chat for querying, extracting, summarizing, or highlighting content. Additional AI utilities can generate structured outlines or translations. The software also includes security and form tools, enabling password locks, opening restrictions, and encryption. Digital signatures and handwritten signature images can be placed and managed. Form tools insert text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, and signature fields; annotation tools provide highlights, notes, shapes, and comment markup.
