Lector de todos los documentos by Urbano Apps is an Android viewer that consolidates diverse file types for mobile reading. It opens PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TXT and other formats, auto-scans device storage to organize files, and provides dedicated viewers plus an integrated file manager for on-device access. Features include zoomable PDF navigation, horizontal and vertical scrolling, a Favorites list, quick search, and full offline operation for privacy protection. Suited to students, office professionals, and remote workers who need fast, local document review and simple file sharing.

What is Lector used for in mobile work?

The app functions as an all-in-one mobile office viewer, designed to replace separate document apps by supporting multi-format opening and viewing. It explicitly supports PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), Excel (XLS/XLSX), PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX), TXT, RTF, HTML and XML, and it scans internal and external storage to present those files in one place. This setup suits quick reference, reading notes, and checking client documents on the move.

How does the app fit into an on-the-go document workflow?

Lector structures a simple workflow for reading and sending material: automatic scanning populates the integrated file manager, search and a Favorites list let you assemble a short working set, and dedicated viewers show spreadsheets and slides without launching other apps. The design reduces the need to switch between viewers, so users can open, review and then share a document from the same interface.

Is Lector straightforward for students and office staff to adopt?

The interface is described as clean and focused on readability, and users report fast loading times on typical mobile hardware. Because the app emphasizes viewing rather than creation, onboarding is light for people who only need reading, navigation and basic file management. The app’s offline operation also means no online setup is required for routine document access.

What file compatibility and sharing options does it provide?

The app lists broad format support, dedicated viewers for spreadsheets and presentations, and an integrated sharing feature that sends documents via email, messaging apps or other installed services. Offline functionality ensures documents remain on the device, which supports local privacy. There is no mention of cloud synchronization; sharing happens through the device’s installed services rather than a built-in cloud service.

A practical viewing-first tool for mobile document review

Lector is a practical option for students and professionals who need reliable, on-device document review and quick sending. Editing and document creation are not part of its core design, so pair the app with a separate editor when you must modify files. For anyone whose primary task is mobile review and distribution rather than authoring, the app performs well as a compact document reference tool.
