Lawn Mowing Simulator is a role-playing game developed by Giant Fish for Xbox One. The game offers a unique and realistic experience of mowing the countryside with real-world licensed lawn mowers from Toro, SCAG, and STIGA. The game provides players with a physically authentic lawn mowing experience that includes executing ground checks, setting blade height, and measuring engine load. Players can complete a variety of contracts in Career Mode, Free Mode, or Challenge Mode while using several attachments like stripe rollers, mulching kits, grass collectors, recyclers, flail decks, and more.

The game is set in a beautiful British countryside town with busy residential streets, vast castle grounds, quaint cottage greens, and large equestrian fields. The game features 12 mowers, each with their own challenges, attachments, and upgrades. The game also offers players the opportunity to build their own lawn care business from the ground up, purchase and upgrade their headquarters, hire employees, purchase advertising, and balance the books as they grow and expand their business.
