Last Vanguard is a premium action PC game by Cool Tapir Studios. In this Metroidvania shooter adventure, players assume the role of a soldier from a great war who goes on a perilous mission through a vast interconnected world in order to reach and defeat an oppressive king ruling over the land and oppressing its people.

Lone soldier

Last Vanguard takes place after the Great War wherein the rise of the Tyrant has taken over the world and all its technology. You play as Tillian, a soldier from the war who must participate in a deadly tournament to get a chance to get close to the mad ruler and vanquish him once and for all. Thus, begins a journey through a vast interconnected steampunk-inspired world.

The gameplay is run-and-gun action with platforming challenges mixed with RPG elements that let you combine various skills with over 12 guns to maximum effectiveness against enemies and bosses. You'll also get to meet people from different factions with their own stories and struggles. All that being said, there's no specific release date for the game yet.
