LabQ’s new Patient Mobile App, LabQ, provides a convenient way for patients to access testing locations, order lab tests, and manage their test results. Users can easily create and manage COVID Test orders for themselves and their minor family members. The app allows users to complete necessary paperwork in advance, locate LabQ testing facilities nearby, and check-in using a patient or order QR code. Additionally, users can view, download, and print their lab results directly from the app.

LabQ stores essential user data, including sex assigned at birth, date of birth, and addresses. Users can input insurance information or make payments for tests through the app using a secure third-party payment processor (Stripe). LabQ ensures the privacy and security of user data by not retaining cardholder information beyond the last four digits and expiration month/year.
