La Piadineria is an Italian restaurant chain founded in Turin in 1995. It offers a variety of dishes that are prepared using traditional techniques and artisanal methods. These include dishes such as pasta, pizza, chicken, steak, fish, vegetables, salads, desserts, and coffee. It is currently the fourth largest restaurant chain in Italy and the second in the country in terms of sales volume. Its restaurants are located in Turin, Milan, Genoa, Livorno, Bologna, Parma, Rome, and Vicenza. It is currently present in more than 250 Italian locations, and in Dubai, Malaysia, and Singapore. It employs more than 1000 people and is managed by the company's headquarters in Turin.
