There is no root and it is not a free download. The only way to install without Google Play on your phone is via USB drive but for a lot of devices this requires rooted firmware, which I would not recommend.

I have list like this:

I want the last element and change the position of first element

I tried:

>>> x = [1,2,3]

>>> y = x[-1]

>>>x = [y, x[1], x[2]]

[2,1,3]

But I don't know how to change the position of x, and I found list.__add__ method.

You could do:

>>> y, x[1], x[2] = x[2], x[1], x[2]

>>> x
